Financial Instruments offered by Skanestas Investments Limited

The Company does not offer or distribute complex financial instruments or products falling within the scope of the Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014 (the “PRIIPs Regulation”) to retail clients. Accordingly, no Key Information Documents (the “KIDs”) are required or made available under the PRIIPs Regulation. Retail clients are not permitted to access or trade in complex products, including those that would fall within the definition of PRIIPs and would otherwise require the provision of a KID. In the event that the Company’s policy is in the future differentiated so as to allow the distribution or offering of certain PRIIPs to retail clients, the Company will ensure that KIDs are made available to such retail clients before any investment decisions are made, according the relevant legal and regulatory framework. The content of the Website will also be updated accordingly to reflect these changes
