Human Resources professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources professional with a strong
background in HR practices abroad and in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of
progressive HR experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of local labor laws, HR processes,
and cross-cultural workforce management.
You will play a key role in overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations,
and compliance with employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in Cyprus.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company
objectives.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Lead performance evaluation and employee development initiatives.
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
• Drive engagement and retention programs to support a positive workplace culture.
• Provide HR reports and analytics to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with proven experience abroad and in
Cyprus.
• In-depth knowledge of Cypriot labor laws and employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English and Russian (Greek is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multinational or cross-border organizations.• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an asset.
• Knowledge of payroll and visa/work permit procedures in Cyprus.
