Quantitative Analyst
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key requirement: ability to launch profitable trading strategy that includes, but not limits to the following:
- Testing and implementing of trading/statistical models, algorithms and signals in an active trading environment;
- Conducting research and statistical analysis in order to build and refine trading systems;
- Performing in-depth analysis and research of various market inefficiencies. Carrying out data mining and in-depth statistical analysis of data;
- Providing results in the form of reports and presentations accompanied by tables and visual aids to team members;
- Work and participate in team research projects.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Key requirement: experience in developing and launching systematic trading strategies for at least 2 years
- Higher education in statistics, mathematics, econometrics or computer science;
- Practical experience in a Quantitative Analyst position in a fintech company for at least 3 years. Experience in an environment related to data research with real-world application in stock trading;
- Good knowledge of probability and statistics;
- Python/Scala programming level: Middle+ (experience related to data analysis);
- Responsibility, autonomy and proactivity;
- Portfolio with existing ideas for algotrading will be a plus and an advantage for selection.

Data Engineer – Market Data
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement efficient, scalable data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources using Python, with an option to use Golang, Rust, or Scala;
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to understand and implement database requirements;
- Develop, construct, test and maintain architectures, such as databases and large-scale data processing systems;
- Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems;
- Continuously evaluate new technologies to improve and extend the platform capabilities;
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through high-quality coding and testing procedures;
- Design and implement data tools for analytics and data scientist team members to assist them in building and optimizing our product.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
- Strong proficiency with Python; experience with Golang, Rust, or Scala a plus;
- Proven working experience as a Data Engineer;
- Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.;
- Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases;
- Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.;
- Experience with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, etc.;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Data Scientist
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Practical experience in a Data Scientist position of at least 3 years;
- Strong analytical background and quantitative skills;
- Python programming level: Middle+ (experience related to data analysis);
- Responsibility, autonomy and proactivity;
- Experience as Financial Quantitative Analyst, or in a related role performing quantitative analysis will be a plus.
