“Our main principle is that we try to treat our customers in a way we would like to be treated. Our focuses are portfolio management services and structured solutions for the customers. Portfolio management is based on the profit-sharing model, where scaled performance fee is charged on the profits, subject to a hurdle rate and a high watermark.
Skanestas milestones
2014
License: Skanestas Investments received its Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) license in October 2014, allowing it to operate as a licensed investment firm in Cyprus.
2015
Full Operations: The company became fully operational by January 2015, enabling it to provide brokerage and portfolio management services to clients.
2016
Dynamic Growth: Skanestas Investments experienced a rapid growth in early 2016, thanks to a dynamic inflow of customers, which allowed the company to show its first substantial results.
2019
License Extension: The company's license was extended in January 2019, adding dealing on their own account to its services Change of Leadership: Kirill Kuchinskiy joined the Board of Directors in April 2019, assuming the role as one of the company's executive directors. In October 2019, he became the sole owner of Skanestas Investments, paving the way for a change of leadership and a shift in focus from order execution to asset management and structured solutions.
2020
Skanestas obtained the status of Custodian, Trading Member and Clearing Member of Cyprus Stock Exchange, further expanding its range of services.
2022 - 2024
Clients are offered the possibility to submit their orders via the Straight-Through Processing (STP) method. STP streamlines the order execution process by automating transactions from initiation to settlement, with minimal manual intervention. The Company is in the process of developing advanced trading algorithms to further enhance its investment services.
2024 - 2026
The company actively manages client portfolios through its proprietary trading strategies under the portfolio management department. Its historical derivatives portfolio management performance since 2024 has yielded a return of +31.96% (data current as of May 2026).
2026
The company has refined its visual identity and is expanding its market presence, broadening its services to institutional and professional clients.
