We would like to inform you that in order to comply with new amendments to the Distance Marketing of Financial Services to Consumers Law of 2004 (Law 242 (I) / 2004) (the Law) Skanestas has amended the Agreement for the provision of investment and ancillary services (the Agreement).

The Schedule 20 “Right of withdrawal of an order under a distance contract” (the Schedule 20) has been added to the Agreement under the Law.
